We are looking for an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Specialist to join our Web Team. Our web team is a powerhouse team that focuses on website design, Ecommerce SEO, social media, and website optimization - all while building real, life changing connections with our customers. As the e-commerce leader in our industry with a website design team that is always learning & applying cutting-edge e-commerce technology, we want you to come help us be even better.

This SEO position’s main focus will be to work with the web design team and our content writers to make sure our company websites are ranked well in Google’s organic listings. This is a permanent and full-time position working in an office environment with a seasoned web design team.

You will be exposed to everything it takes to have a successful e-commerce site, from graphic design, website design, video production, marketing campaigns, search engine optimization, to you name it! SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Efforts:

• Define target keyword lists, optimize existing content and collaborate with content and web developers to complement ongoing initiatives
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Setup
• On and Off-page optimization
• Identify areas for onsite improvements in site structure, internal linking, page code and content development
• manage and guide our in-house content writers
• Tracking data analysis
• Reporting
• Monthly strategy creation & execution and Team collaboration
• Provides project management for the Company’s search engine optimization initiative(s)
• Serves as daily point-of-contact for the Company’s search engine optimization vendors
• Coordinates and traffics SEO improvement tactics among team members
• Communicates SEO initiative, performance, strategy, etc. to colleagues in Field Marketing and / or field associates and market leadership
• Manages on-site SEO optimizations, including but not limited to the creation of relevant tag data or content, anchor text, unique content, and local content
• Performs keyword analysis and creates fresh content accordingly
• Manages off-site SEO optimizations, including but not limited to Google Places updates and other linking and listing opportunities
• Monitor, on an ongoing basis, SEO results and manage projects to ensure continued high rankings
• Performs administrative functions supporting all SEO (Search Engine Optimization) efforts

Desired Skills & Experience:

An ideal candidate will possess the following skills & characteristics:

• Knowledge of current SEO techniques
• Working Knowledge of SemRush, ScreamingFrog, and other SEO Marketing Tools

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in online marketing, including managing organic search campaigns

• Experience link building with external organizations preferred
• High attention to detail
• Strong desire to learn new skill sets
• Google Analytics experience
