Job Summary:
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner will be part of shaping the future at HP Hood LLC through attracting and hiring top industry talent. This is an exciting position, created with the entrepreneurial spirit in mind, to work with all parts of our company from Sales, R&D, Corporate, and Operations to help evolve our Employer Brand.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Build strategic business relationships with internal teams and hiring managers to manage recruitment efforts.
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process for exempt-level and specialized positions across HP Hood LLC’s plants and other locations while delivering a customized candidate experience.
  • Counsel candidates on benefits, compensation package, and corporate environment.
  • In conjunction with the Talent Acquisitions Manager, develop and implement recruiting plans, timelines, and market intelligence for recruiting strategies.
  • Support the implementation of and continued daily maintenance of a new ATS system.
  • Utilize all Social Media platforms to market, network, and recruit top talent for open requisitions while minimizing cost per hire.
  • Participate in furthering HP Hood LLC’s Employer Brand through social media resources, career fairs, networking and development of college recruiting programs.
  • Communicate through reporting of recruiting metrics and outcomes, to help further create efficiencies in our recruitment process.
  • Participate in other ad hoc projects within Human Resources.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years of recruitment experience in a Corporate and/or Agency environment.
  • Experience recruiting Manufacturing and/or Engineering skill sets preferred.
  • Creative recruiting techniques including utilization of social media, networking and other associations.
  • Knowledge of Employer Branding preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Familiarity with local, state and federal EEO/employment laws.
