Senior Systems Administrator

Montvale, NJ

• Reports to Head of Product
• Ensure consistent reliability, scalability, security, and architecture of services and serversProvision servers, settings and periodically reassess / restructure

Ensure servers, services and infrastructure is optimized
Architect and implement server redundancy to reduce risk of downtime and outages
Work closely with outsourced security team to ensure servers and environment have proper security posture
Determine how we can optimize speed and security while monitoring cost and efficiency of servers

• Monitor server resource utilization to predict bottle necks and engage programming team to address code related performance issues
• Monitor and ensure all ssl certificates and domains are kept up to date
• Ensure that all applications, platforms, and web services are up-and-running
• Deploy updates and fixes to servers
• Design and oversee execution of system troubleshooting and maintenance
• Your key measurables:Average server speed

Server up-time

Who You Are:

• Required:2-4 years’ experience as a Dev Ops manager / cloud architect

Experience withNginX
Mongo DB
Linux
AWS
Experience in Java Script, Node.js, and Express.js
Working knowledge of databases and SQL

• Preferred: Experience with:Node j.s.

ClickHouse
Javascript

Pay: $100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
