You Are:

UST is looking for Cloud Engineer to build end-to-end business solutions and to work with one of the leading healthcare providers in the US. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability and collaborate effectively with domain and technical experts in the team.

The Opportunity :

• As a Cloud Engineer, you will work closely with other members of the Engineering and Product teams to help design, implement, and operationalize our google cloud platform.
• Design and enable interfaces for DevOps Builds and Release management and enable CI / CD pipeline for applications.
• Provides functional and technical expertise on applications and interfaces.
• Drives engagement with Security and Infrastructure teams to ensure secure deployment of applications.
• Assists product owners in systems analysis and creation of documentation for all business processes.
• Participate in technical design meetings with Enterprise and application architects
• Must have a strong understanding of application architecture, common failure modes, and the development process
• Works within the SAFe Agile framework. Participate in sprint planning.

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

• Proven track record as a Software Engineer with extensive Cloud experience.
• Self-starter, able to act independently and take ownership of key technology initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of containerization using Kubernetes, Docker, and OCP.
• Hands-on Python and Terraform scripting skills.
• Knowledge of AWS, Snowflake architecture, and writing- analyzing Snowsql
• Ability to wear multiple hats spanning the software-development life cycle across Requirements, Design, Code Development, QA, Testing, and Deployment –experience working in an Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to management.
• High-level communication skills to influence and persuade others.
  

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. As required by local law, UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York City, or Washington as set forth below.

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for Role

Remote: $84,000-$126,000

Our full-time, regular associates are eligible for 401K matching, and vacation accrual and are covered from day 1 for paid sick time, healthcare, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance benefits. Depending on the role, some associates may also be eligible for stock options
