Our client, who focuses in leading-edge technologies in medical devices, is looking to bring on a Senior Project Manager to their team!
Job Title: Sr. Project Manager
Location: Fridley, MN (up to 25% travel to Costa Rica)
Pay: $135,000 plus 10% bonus

Job Title: Sr. Project Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership and customers to create an aligned overall project plan and schedule for complex projects (e.g. contract development and manufacturing of catheter assemblies, 510k, continuous improvement, and/or site transfer projects between development and manufacturing facilities)
- Manage and direct project activities needed to achieve project objectives, with a strong understanding of resources, skills, and timing necessary to meet competing project schedules
- Anticipate, assess, and mitigate project risks and provide visibility to cross-functional leadership and customers clearly and concisely
- Complete resource planning/reporting for business segments to achieve project deliverables
- Develop and improve project management tools, systems, and processes alongside project managers and cross-functional teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree helpful
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in process development/project management required including previous experience in the medical device industry.
- Expert level knowledge and application of project management tools, processes, and best practices using multiple project management methodologies
- Proven competence in completing projects according to established scope, budget, and timelines
- Extensive experience guiding teams in risk assessment and mitigation activities
