Your role
Are you an entrepreneurial person with strong product management experience, analytical skills and good knowledge in Treasury products and business? Have you had experience in delivering a product end-to-end from prototyping, proof of concept, testing to go-live? Do you have deep knowledge of at least one Treasury domain, such as Assets and Liabilities Management, Balance Sheet Forecasting, Intraday Liquidity Management, Funds Transfer Pricing, Regulatory Reporting?

We are looking for an experienced product owner who is:
- equally enjoying forming a new product in an greenfield context as well as re-designing an existing solution in a modern, strategic way;
- experienced in an agile transformation environment with focus on delivering frequent increments;
- demonstrating the focus to drive the product in an environment of competing interests, imperfect inputs, and some level of ambiguity and uncertainty;
- enjoying personally capitalizing the opportunity this role offers in terms of creating sustainable products and deliver a significant impact for the bank;
- keen to build and manage effective stakeholder relationships and understand, represent, and advocate for client needs;
- supporting the broader strategy and goals of the organization to ensure the solutions implemented are aligned to key business priorities as well as the tech strategy;
- demonstrating quick grasp for new concepts from a business as well as a technology stand-point.
Your team
You’ll be working in the Assets and Liabilities Management Transformation team of Group Treasury responsible for the change process of Group Treasuries ALM models and processes. The team is experienced, dynamic very result-oriented and open to new perspectives and ideas. We’re an inclusive and diverse team with a global footprint and strong local presence.
Your expertise
You have:
You are:
- ideally 10+ years of experience working in financial markets in a role which required the above expertise;
- proven track record as a product owner delivering changes in a agile setup;
- advanced knowledge in financial engineering and financial markets;
- extensive knowledge of at least one Treasury domain, such as e.g. Assets and Liabilities Management, Balance Sheet Forecasting, Liquidity & Funding Management or other Treasury specific models and topics;
- very strong communication skills, the ability to explain technical topics clearly and intuitively and to compile precise specification documents.
You are:
- a self-starter who embraces challenge and takes the initiative to explore, solve complex problems and come up with well-defined solutions independently;
- outcome driven, with a focused determination to deliver;
- able to work under time pressure and to manage the priorities in a complex project setup;
- experience of delivering products end-to-end;
- strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- resilient and capable of adopting changes;
- fluent in English, oral and written;
- hands-on experience in dealing with complex and ambiguous problems;
- a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree.
