About this Position
The Senior Manager Test Engineering role leads all components of the quality assurance discipline. You will lead a team of test engineers responsible for functional, automated, performance, regression, load and UT testing services to support of all of our development and system enhancements activities. You will manage the personnel, equipment, facilities, and finances associate with all test engineering activities.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
In this role you will:

• Oversee test engineering activities within the technology organization including all aspects of testing (testing, automation, toolsets)

• Develop quality standards and quality assurance testing frameworks

• Create metrics to measure quality of systems, to evaluate testing progress and for use of evaluation of release readiness

• Collaborate across all technical teams to develop test strategies

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of a full test framework to ensure functionality and robustness of the technology ecosystem including both HW and SW components including edge cases

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of a full test framework to ensure stability and performance of the end-to-end system including load and adversarial cases

• Oversee the creation and maintenance of a full test plan to ensure the operational and support aspects of the system

• Discover and implement new testing technologies to maximize deployment efficiency

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent education, training, and experience

• At least seven years of quality assurance experience, with at least three years of experience in a management position is required or equivalent education, training, or experience

• Experience using Test Management Software (i.e., Azure Dev/Ops), Agile Software (i.e., JIRA, Confluence, Rally)
