LOCATION: Rawhide Event Center/Wild Horse Pass Motorsport Park
COMPENSATION:$58,961-$83,293 Annual
HOURS OF WORK: 40 hours per week, full-time
FLSA STATUS: Exempt
SUPERVISORY: Yes
REPORTS TO: General Manager
Position Summary: Directly responsible for the day-to-day functions of the Food & Beverage
department. Monitors quality, standards and meets the expectations of the customers daily.
Maintains the operating budget and verifies that standard procedures and obligations are followed.
Job Duties & Responsiblities:
- Manage staff in all aspects including, recruiting, training, schedules, payroll, staff
- Assess staff performance, conduct appraisals, and strategize for improving staff
- Maintain a positive attitude to guest requirements-Attentiveness to service, responding
- Maintains professional relationships with all coworkers and guests.
- Organize staff meetings, trainings, and agendas monthly.
- Resolving staff issues/concerns, ensuring follow up.
- Properly communicating with other departments regarding daily activities/issues.
- Supporting staff with service when and where necessary.
- Monitoring staff schedule to accommodate business needs daily.
- Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.
- Ensure that the health and safety policy is always adhered to.
- Implement, monitor, adhere to, and enforce compliance with all Company policies, procedures, and

- Ensure that there is always a management presence on floor.
- Develops, maintains, and administers a sound business and organizational plan for the property's
- Ensures that all safety and sanitation standards follow health department regulations.

Key Qualifications- Education & Work Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Two (2) + years related experience in F&B operations with a proven record of leading a
- Two (2) year degree from an accredited university in Food service Management, Hotel and
- Three (3) years' experiences in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional
- Current food handler's card and other certification as required by federal/state/local
- Must possess a valid AZ driver's license and provide proof of past driving record for
(39) months from the Department of Motor Vehicles. GRIC driver's permit will be required, drive
certification needed to drive all community vehicles.
- A satisfactory result obtained through a test for illegal drugs is a requirement of employment.
