The experienced sales and service staff at MXR consults with customers to design the best solution based on facility-specific needs, budget and functional requirements. Representing multiple manufacturers gives MXR the ability to sell the best-proven equipment for each situation. As a full-service medical imaging company, MXR can deliver the equipment, do the installation, maintenance, perform warranty work, provide parts and even train the facilities' engineer on maintaining the equipment. Position Description:
This role responsible for Sr. Depot Repair Engineer will manage the operation of the internal repair process. The Sr. Depot Repair Engineer is required to be knowledgeable of electronic test equipment and its safe usage in resolving technical issues. The individual is required to have at least five (5) years' experience in an electronic repair operation role.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs on assigned MRI/CT parts to restore functionality to manufacturer specification.
- Develop and implement processes and procedures to facilitate repairs of assigned equipment, parts, or components.
- Assist and/or develop test/evaluation devices to support field service operations.
- Promptly and accurately complete all operational and accounting documentation, electronic and paper form, as required.
- Develop, plan, and implement appropriate internal part repair and testing capabilities.
- Support company-wide initiatives, policies, and procedures, including Quality Management System maintenance.
- Duties and responsibilities are subject to modification to fit the needs of the business as deemed appropriate by the executive management team. Such modifications may occur in writing or verbally.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Education
Required
- Bachelor's degree (BS) in Electronics or equivalent military training/trade school.
Experience
- Five (5) or more years' experience in component level testing or repair of electronic circuits.
- Five (5) or more years' experience in technical repair role in electronic repair operation.
- Familiarity with MS Office programs (i.e. Word, Excel). Experience with Sales Force preferred.
Travel
- Must be willing to travel within the United States and internationally if required.
- Must have a valid, active and incompliance (to company policy) driver's license and solid driving record for a minimum of five years REQUIRED
