Solid organizational and communication skills —Is responsible for directing and coordinating all or a portion of activities necessary to complete team responsibilities
Estimates and manages schedules, assign tasks, manages team resources, and coordinates team activity

Typically requires 10+ years of related experience, with 3+ years experience working in the area of expertise as a lead and managing a team
Manages a small to midsize team of professional-level employees and is responsible for the team’s results
Is able to define, develop, and innovate new processes and policies to promote efficiency and productivity
Proactively builds and maintains positive relationships with other teams and marketing teams
Partners with senior leaders on Campaign, Product, Demand, and Web Marketing teams to define communication strategies
Has responsibility to the team for meeting schedules, deadlines, and deliverables
Builds a strong team by identifying resource needs, hiring, and retaining top talent
Proactively evaluates the team’s strengths and weaknesses and establishes the means to improves their skills
Motivated team advocate —Positively represents the team to the BU and marketing groups
Drives and fosters innovation
Is known as a domain expert and serves as a reference within the team
Increases the knowledge of others
Is able to present the team’s work knowledgeably and professionally to a broad audience

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $127,600 -- $235,100 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
