In this role, you will be part of a high-performing and high-impact team that is elevating the creative bar at Prologis as we expand our brand footprint and cultural relevance. You will play a lead role in the ideation and creation of innovative industry-leading campaigns and collateral for a wide range of global creative initiatives, including but not limited to internal and external marketing assets, video, live events, digital and social experiences, and sales enablement initiatives across all media.
Working with the Creative Director and Global Marketing leadership, you will help define and guide the evolving tone and voice of the brand and provide oversight on the execution of the brand voice across all assets, internal and external. You will create category-defining messaging strategies that deliver clear, compelling narratives that serve our end customers. As a fit for this role, you are a prolific writer and critical thinker who is passionate about the brand and willing to push boundaries with new ideas while excelling at execution and delivery.
What's needed in order to do that:
- Bring a groundbreaking, future-focused creative mindset and work collaboratively with Creative leadership and Product Marketing to craft messaging strategies for new and existing Prologis solutions
- Take ownership of copy briefs and answer them to a very high standard
- Write in a variety of styles suitable for different regions around and aligned with current media trends
- Develop a style of headline copy in the Prologis voice that is unexpected, fresh, distinctive, and pushes the brand forward
- Partner with Designers and Art Directors to develop concepts for launching products in B2B, channel, and web environments
- Present and sell your concepts and push clients toward fresh, exciting ideas
- Provide oversight of all copy generated by others to meet and exceed expectations
- Consistently stay informed on the latest Prologis products, solutions, and related technologies
- Turn technical features of Prologis products and solutions into meaningful customer benefits

- 7+ years as a copywriter in an agency setting and/or in-house brand and creative department.
- Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with a startup mentality
- Significant experience in commercial campaign writing
- Highly conceptual with an ability to see the big picture and how your work impacts business outcomes.
- A portfolio that demonstrates your ability to deliver immaculate, memorable copy that stands out from the crowd
- You have a copy editor's passion for accuracy and detail
- Your portfolio features highly conceptual, insight-driven marketing and sales campaigns in various media.
- You have a degree in English, Journalism, or a related field and a working familiarity with AP style
- Deep experience with creative processes and techniques - including digital media
- Confidence in building a rapport with clients and nurturing good working relationships

Hiring Salary Range (for Denver CO) of: $90,000 - $130,000 USD. Salary and whole compensation package (bonus target & LTI) to be determined by the candidate's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
