We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Claims/Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This is a key leadership role where you will be responsible for overseeing insurance claims coordination, adjuster coordination, client liaison, project scheduling, customer service, and various administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently coordinate insurance claims processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling from initial claim submission to settlement.
  • Collaborate with adjusters, providing guidance and support throughout the claim’s investigation and settlement process.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement effective project scheduling strategies to optimize claims handling and ensure timely completion.
  • Manage a team of claims professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to drive excellence and efficiency.
  • Maintain strong relationships with insurance providers, negotiating favorable terms, and ensuring smooth claims processing.
  • Handle escalated and complex claims issues, utilizing strong problem-solving skills to reach satisfactory resolutions.
  • Oversee various administrative duties such as report generation, data analysis, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in insurance claims management.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claim processes, and industry best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients, adjusters, and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment and achieving performance goals.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in project management software, claims management systems, and MS Office Suite.
