KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Pricing and Commercial Enablement to join our Growth and Strategy organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and drive the overall change efforts for all five pricing programs; oversee the creation and management of content, assist with stakeholder mapping and impact analysis; act as a liaison with the functions / service units to identify superusers and success stories
  • Build and manage the pricing baselining and measurement program, critical to establishing the value impact of the five overall Pricing and Commercial Enablement programs; this will include data management, financial modeling, pricing data cleansing, pricing data system integration; follow the direction of the Pricing and Commercial Enablement organization, be responsible for preparing financial modeling outputs for Management Committee and other executive leadership consumption
  • Deliver ad-hoc studies and analyses to support the firm’s long term growth goals, such as evaluation of opportunities for improvement, competitive positioning, and internal signals; be responsible for analysis, developing/testing hypotheses and recommendations, identifying targets, gathering feedback, assisting with internal alignment and presenting output to senior leadership to help guide decisions
  • Develop and maintain practice-facing and leadership level dashboard and data visualizations in support of the overall vision of the Pricing and Commercial Enablement and firmwide growth; this will include visioning ideal methods of visualizing pricing-related information, data curation and cleansing, leveraging Tableau and Power BI to build out dashboards for firmwide consumption, maintaining dashboards and data visualization tool
  • Lead x-functional sessions with F&A and Digital Nexus to build data automations and integration points into KPMG systems
  • Participate in pricing projects that support the overall strategy; be responsible for creating content and deliverables and understanding how the effort ties into overall strategic goals

Qualifications:

  • Minimum two years of recent experience in a pricing, sales implementation, business strategy role, or related field
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; MBA or MA from an accredited college/university preferred
  • Experience within a professional services firm or strategic pricing function with demonstrated career path acceleration preferred; familiar with pricing strategy and program implementations; hands-on experience of designing and implementing data solutions and supporting pricing data and analytics programs
  • Expert skills in analysis tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, and/or Power BI; expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams
  • Ability to conduct value-added questioning and challenge conversations with firm business executives about their business strategies in a positive, non-derogatory fashion
  • Strong strategic insight development, strategy process design, research, analytical and project management skills
