The Job
at a Glance

The Senior Account Manager (internally known as a Senior Manager, Seller Success - Marketplace) is responsible for driving growth by managing and developing a large portfolio of Marketplace sellers through driving seller growth. You will actively analyze seller engagement and drive heightened accountability by assessing acceptance rates, inventory uploads, and seller ratings with scalable processes. As the Marketplace continues to grow, the Senior Account Manager will be responsible to build and lead a team to support additional sellers.

A Typical Day
  • Drive seller growth by increasing active offers within our core categories for all Marketplace sellers
  • Conduct quarterly and/or bi-annual business reviews to evaluate seller performance and identify areas of opportunity to maximize seller potential.
  • Ensure sellers provide the best customer experience by meeting service level requirements including order acceptance rates, daily inventory uploads, and shipment times
  • Work closely with Onboarding Manager through the initial launch and first 30 days to ensure a seamless transition of account management responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team on creating an integrated marketing plan to drive program awareness and adoption on an ongoing basis
  • Support the Customer Solutions team for any customer experience issues related to a Marketplace seller
  • Understand the unique needs of each seller and provide personalized support for Marketplace sellers

To Land This Opportunity
  • You have 3+ years of experience in account management or any client-facing role, with a stellar track record!
  • You have 2+ years of experience with a Marketplace (as an operator or seller)
  • You’re passionate about the e-business sector (previous e-commerce/marketplace experience is a plus!)
  • You’re a collaborator - able to work closely with sellers & internal teams alike
  • You’re confident using MS Office. Some might say you excel in Excel
  • You take pride in holding yourself accountable to seeing things through, as well as your multi-tasking abilities and “can-do” attitude
  • Bonus points if you have Mirakl experience!
  • You’re an All-Star communicator and fluent in English (written & verbal)
