Laurel Circle is recruiting for a hospitality focused Security Officer/EMT . This role is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for all residents, visitors, staff and protecting community property. Will be responsible for verifying the scheduled presence of all employees and third-party contractors on the grounds.

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Security Officer:

This is a full time 3pm - 11pm (including every other weekend) position.

• Make scheduled rounds, both inside and outside of the buildings, to maintain a secure environment ofr residents and their property.
• Respond to all fire alarms and apartment emergency calls.
• Develop and maintain a good working rapport with residents, family members, visitors, and staff to assure that security procedures meet the needs of the facility.
• Prepare written reports of any community incidents.
• Maintain safe entrances to the facility.
  

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Prior Security or First Responder experience preferred
• Must demonstrate excellent communication skills
  

Salary: $16 - $19 / hour
