Job Description
BAE Systems, Inc. Air and Space Force Solutions, located at Hill AFB UT, is looking to hire an experienced Security Manager in support of the Integration Support Contract (ISC). This position will work under the direction of the Program Security Manager and perform in the daily security operations of the Sentinel Security Program Office. This position will manage a team of Security specialists and will provide analytical and technical security management support for daily operations and will interact and coordinate with external agencies to facilitate uninterrupted day-to-day operations. These duties include but not limited to safeguarding classified material activities, such as, access control, identification of classified material, Document Control, proper handling of classified material, proper document marking IAW classified marking guides, briefing employees on security guidelines, and investigating and reporting security incidents. These duties will be performed while ensuring compliance with government and company security standards, procedures, and directives. Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Must currently hold a Secret clearance and be able to receive and maintain a Top Secret/SCI/SAP clearance
• Experience working in a classified environment and with classified material
• Familiarity with operating security databases, such as, DISS
• Familiarization with DoD guidance, NISPOM, Security Classification Guides (SCGs), DD254s, and additional access caveats, such as SAP, SCI, CNWDI, RD, FRD, and NATO
• Ability to understand, interpret, explain and apply regulations, directives, policies and procedures, manage time, make sound decisions, analyze problems and provide focused solutions while comfortably representing the security team during customer interface
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, such as, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• 7 years progressive responsibility in providing technical leadership
• Experience as a Security Manager
• FSO for Possessing Facilities Curriculum
• Air Force Security Manager Certificate
• SFPC Certification
