Tomlinson Cannon is hiring for a full-time installer of seamless gutters and roofing. This is a year-round position with the possibility of temporary layoff in the winter.

Installer Responsibilities:

• Perform installation of seamless gutters and roofing.
• Operate roll forming machinery and assorted hand tools to fabricate seamless gutters and install them for a custom-fit to each home.
• Work on various pitched roofs and ladders to install roofing, gutters, downspouts, and leaf protection products
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of gutter systems
• Drive trucks and vans
• Load trucks with tools and equipment
• Clean equipment and job sites
• Ensure all equipment in operation meets or exceeds all safety standards
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to work on roofs and from tall ladders
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
• Motivated and self-disciplined
• Ability to problem solve
• Ability to communicate with customers
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong team player
• Simple math aptitude

Competitive Benefits:

• Salary: $19 to $24 per hour depending on experience
• $1,500 sign-on bonus if you have over 1 year experience in either gutters or roofing
• Paid weekly
