Aston Carter is an Established Recruiting Agency located on 1003 Bishop St, with a great reputation for prodiving a positive candidate and client experience. We're seeking a Sourcer to join our internal team as we begin supporting Zippy's in their hiring goals locally, and in Las Vegas.

Description:

• Partners with client Managers and dedicated internal team
• Screen candidates through virtual interviews
• Select candidates based on an established success profile
• Utilize a streamlined process to submit and schedule interviews for client
• Oversee performance optimization, day to day management, coaching and development of dedicated team
• Support weekly reporting and daily Red Zone meetings
• Generate sourcing strategies utilizing internal ATS & other various job boards
• Regularly updates applicant tracking system with appropriate candidate and/or position information
• Maintain a record of recruiting activities which includes sourcing and candidate assessments

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must reside in either HST or PST time zone.

-At least 1 year of experience in a sourcing, screening, or recruiting position - relatable experience could be considered.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

NICE TO HAVE REQUIREMENTS:

• Previous experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems
• Previous experience working or living in the Hawaii market.
• Previous experience in a supervisor/management position.
