We are currently seeking a SAP FICO Lead to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Job Description:
SAP FI/CO Lead
10+ Years of Overall experience in SAP Finance Implementations / Rollouts
2 – 4 Yrs. of experience with S/4 HANA Implementations / Rollout experience.
SAP S/4 HANA Data migration expertise in SAP Finance Master / transaction Data including GL Accounts, Assets, GL/AR /AP Balances etc.
Exposure in using Data Migration Tools like SAP BODS/IS, Syniti / Backoffice Associates ADM , SAP S4 HANA Migration Cockpit etc..
Ability to lead business workshops for blueprinting activities.
Experience with creating functional documentation for data migration field mapping, rules etc.
Analyzing legacy data, quality check of submitted load files, testing load quality, leading user testing and acceptance of load process, providing input into specifications for automated data migration transformation rules, analysis and identification of duplicate records and other activities required for successful and on time data migration.
Perform high-level analysis of customer business processes and requirements to support project Data Migration requirements with proposed solutions.
Perform detailed analysis of customer requirements to produce custom solution specifications if any.
Provide direction to SAP BODS /ADM development teams for solution realization and participate, as necessary, durng coding, testing, documentation, and maintenance activities.
Work closely with Data Migration team to document data migration requirements, on project planning and load scheduling, testing and troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Basic Qualification:
15+ years of IT/SAP experince
10+ Year of FI/CO experience
3+ years of S/4 HANA experience
