Responsibilities

Responsible for establishing and maintaining a thoroughly hygienic environment for the facility including grounds. Maintains the facility’s Sanitation in compliance with all regulatory and company requirements. Manages duties in areas of sanitation, janitorial, pest control. Maintain all required documentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Manages janitorial activities to insure cleans rooms, hallways, restrooms, corridors, stairways, offices, quality lab and other work areas.

• Manages trash and waste processes to the disposal and compactor area, including reusable scrap pickup and designated container storage for salvage.

• Responsible for written facility housekeeping manual, including updating master sanitation schedule.

• Conduct comprehensive inspection of the facility to identify compliance and non-compliance of sanitation regulation and safe food handling practices.

• Review and sign off on all daily sanitation records. This position may require working weekends and overtime as needed.
