Labor Finders in Escondido is IMMEDIATELY looking to hire multiple (BILINGUAL SPANISH) SANITATION (CLEANING) workers for various positions at a production bakery facility in the area.

HIRING IMMEDIATELY - WEEKLY PAY - MULTIPLE OPENINGS - ENTRY LEVEL

Positions: Sanitation / Cleaners / Pan Washers / Janitorial / Cleaning Crew (BILINGUAL)

Pay: $16.00/Hour Length: Temp-To-Hire Opportunities Location: Escondido

Shift Start Time: 3am (Start Time May Vary) Days: Wed-Sun

Hours: Full-Time with ability to work OVERTIME as needed

We accept applications for 1st / 2nd / 3rd shift (Openings change weekly)

Experience Needed:

Previous cleaning / sanitation experience is preferred, but entry level candidates will also be considered. Production experience is a plus.

Position Summary:

Under the direction of the Sanitation Manager / Supervisor, the sanitation crew is responsible for cleaning, sanitizing of production area / facilities, conforming to company rules and regulations, and reporting safety problems/hazards to the immediate supervisor.

Essential Job Functions:

Duties may include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Know and enforce the proper and safe use of all cleaning chemicals being used
• Wear all safety apparel issued.
• Maintain pest free environment. Immediately report any signs of pest activity to Supervisor or Manager.
• Maintain the condition of all restrooms, locker rooms, offices and lunch room. Empty trash barrels, wipe down counter tops, lockers and tables; restock all soap and paper dispensers and sweep and mop floors when needed. (Always use caution signs when using water on floors).
• .Scrape and vacuum the inside of all ovens.
• Clean all drains to remove miscellaneous debris.
• Maintain facilities perimeter free of all debris.
• Maintain the work area in a clean and sanitary manner.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (G..P.'s) in personal hygiene and behavior
• Trained and aware of SQF requirement including but not limited to the reporting of all food safety, quality and defense issues.
• Other related duties.

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum 18 years of age to apply
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to work and maintain high production speeds
• Good attendance
• Must be able to lift, bend, push, pull, stand, sit, reach, squat, kneel and perform other basic physical requirements of the job.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
• Additional screening / requirements may apply.
