Job Title : Semiconductor Chemical Operation Professional
Division: Samsung C&T America Electronic Materials Group
Location: Austin, TX

Company Overview
Samsung C&T America has an operation office in Austin and supplies various semiconductor chemical (Bulk Chemical, Specialty Chemical) to Samsung Electronics and Semiconductor FABs in the US.
The main key of the business is trading materials from the US, Korea and Japan to the US Semiconductor FABs handling all operation process and providing them to the site in a timely manner,
and localizing chemical manufacturing site by investment with cutting-edge technical providers to set up and enhance the Supply Chain in the US along with Semiconductor FABs investment.
We are recruiting a self-motivated and enthusiastic Operation Professional. The ideal candidate is someone who has experience of trading and logistics.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Import chemicals from overseas and Sales to the US customer.
- Monitor and adjust shipments schedule from overseas.
- Receive orders, manage shipment documents, set up AR/AP schedule and input every status of each process in ERP system and excel management files.
- Communicates with vendors, customers and logistics related partners to deliver the products in timely manner.
- Report and set up countermeasures against any issues while operation.

Qualifications:
- Experience in chemical in semiconductor, logistics and trading industry is plus.
- Team player with a focus on finishing works in timely manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented for data entry and excel file management.
- Language requirement: English Must, Korean Preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office programs, especially use of Excel.
- Fast Learner.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
