Job description

The Kit Building Operator is responsible for the proper execution of kit assembly and all required supplies necessary for study execution Tasks and Responsibilities - Order picking of the supplies needed for the order - Assemble supply orders according to the procedures - Ship orders within time according to SOPs and study specific requirements - Check the warehouse inventory to ensure an adequate minimum stock of all inventory items required for the proper conduct of all ongoing clinical trials in the concerned BARC affiliate - Reporting and filing: o Notify the Logistics Supervisor/Logistics Manager or its delegate of any major problems with supply deliveries or any other technical issue. o Keep records of all study related documents and supply deliveries according to the applicable SOPs - Quality assurance: o Ensure optimal quality of all tasks by following the applicable SOPs - Perform any other task related to the job (e.g. provide training to colleagues, file documents,…) requested by the Supervisor or its delegate Qualifications (Education and Experience) - High School Degree or equivalent by experience - Accurate team player - Capable of coping with deadlines - Detail Oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
