Job Title: Salon Director (Salon License Required)

Location: Golden Valley, MN

Compensation: Approx. $120,000 per year. (base + 5commission + bonuses)

Schedule: Full-Time

Our client has a brand new space with independent rooms to be leased out to different beauty professionals! We are avidly searching for an Salon Director who understands the beauty industry and has the operational mindset to keep the building running smoothly for existing tenants as well as sell the concept to perspective tenants. Successful applicants will demonstrate excellent communication skills, sales skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset. Salon Leasing Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee all building tenants and activities.
• Prospect and cold call potential clients.
• Put on seminars and presentations at local beauty schools and other respective businesses to promote the salon.
• Conduct tours and sell the property and salon concept.
• Ensure the salons are maintaining a clean and high-end appeal to professionals and clients on a routine basis.
• Conduct regular inspections of property to ensure it is up to our company standards and is in good working order.
• Other duties as assigned to promote and build the business.

Salon Leasing Manager Qualifications:

• Salon Manager License is required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in the beauty industry is required.
• Highly self-motivated individual, who thrives in a self-managed environment and has a true entrepreneurial spirit.
• Ability to take on multiple tasks at any given time and achieve desired deadlines.
• Highly proficient with time management and organizational skills.
• Outgoing and personable individual, who loves to meet new people and can communicate effectively through text and verbal communications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $120,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Beauty Industry: 5 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Salon Manager License (Preferred)
