Position: Salesforce Solution Architect

Location: Remote + travel

Job type: Full Time

Skills and Experience

• 10+ years of technology experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce implementations and solution design
• Strong and effective communication skills: Ability to lead and communicate with a wide variety of team members and client roles + drive clarity on roles and accountability
• Ability to recommend best practice Salesforce solutions based on business needs and objectives
• Multiple Certifications in Salesforce within the service domain: Service Cloud required; Salesforce Field Service highly desired; other certifications not required but nice to have
• Strong track record of proficiency in Agile implementations using JIRA with the ability to quickly drive numerous high-quality releases into production
• Experience with Salesforce configuration and release management.
• Experience creating Road Maps that provide clients with a vision of their implementation and helping them to transform their business processes be executing against those roadmaps
• Demonstrated ability to provide the level of effort estimates and oversee scoping efforts of projects – experience in design, estimating, and pricing Salesforce solutions
• Must have executed at least 3 full life cycle, end-to-end Salesforce implementations
• Must not have only project management or resource management experience
