Sauna360 Inc., a globally focused leader in the sauna and steam bath industry, is looking for someone to support sales and ensure satisfied customers. This person will manage daily account activates related to quoting, designing, logistics, transportation, invoicing, new projects and quality, acting as a liaison between customers and related Sauna360 departments.

Required Skills:

• Must be technology savvy, we love technology and using it to the fullest! Current systems include but not limited to, All Microsoft Office Products including Access and Teams, ERP system, CRM system, VOIP phone system, Auto CAD, to name a few
• Must have excellent communication skills, we communicate to our customers both internal and external through phone, email, and messaging
• Must be a great collaborator, this position will help to resolve issues that arise and will need to work with internal teams and clients to ensure a win-win result.
• Must have excellent customer service, treating each customer, internal and external, like they are the only one!
• Must be well organized, we handle several clients and orders in a day, you will need to have the ability to keep an eye on multiple projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
