Enthusiastic Sales Associate Needed! Antwerpen Mitsubishi is growing fast and has more leads than we can handle. We are in need of Sales Professionals right away to join our sales team to sell new and used vehicles.
Antwerpen Mitsubishi is a family-owned business for over 50 years. We are seeking highly energetic and hardworking individuals. Any kind of Sales experience is recommended but not required. We provide all of your sales training and if you are a self-motivated professional who enjoys interacting with customers and wants to build a successful new and exciting career, then we are excited to add you as part of our top-performing team. Qualifications
Enthusiastic Sales Associate Needed!
Any kind of Sales experience is recommended but not required
Hands-on, team-oriented who is committed to business improvement processes
Strong problem-solving capabilities
Critical thinking-using logic to weigh various approaches to resolving problems
Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships to have constructive and cooperative working relationships
Initiative-willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges, willingness to learn
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Maintain valid driver's license and MVR within company policy requirements
Excellent customer service skills
Must have valid driving license
Responsibilities
Maintain a positive and optimistic attitude
Build strong rapport with customers and co-workers
Listen to our customers to determine their needs
Learn to overcome objectives, close sales, and perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards
Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories and take online training courses
Understand the terminology of the automobile business and keep abreast of technological changes in the products
Punctuality
Answer sales calls and respond to customer emails
Set appointments with customers to show vehicles
Intercept customers that come to the dealership to see vehicles•
