Vape City Smoke Shop is currently hiring for a Full Time Sales Manager in our Holliston, MA location.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Preferred:

•One + year(s) successful retail experience and High School diploma

•Excellent interpersonal communication skills, promoting effective sales and customer relations.

•Passion and introductory knowledge of vape/smoke products

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Meet daily sales goals

•Maximize profitability through excellent customer service

•Promote a positive customer experience by keeping all customer areas clean

•Process any incoming product shipments in a timely fashion

•Contribute to a positive team environment in the store

•Process customer transactions and other register functions while adhering to company cash handling policies

•Introduce and engage clients with new product and leverage promotions and product knowledge to increase sales

•Acquire customer contact information for rewards program

OTHER INFORMATION:

Vape City Smoke shop locations include Westborough, Holliston and Taunton, MA. Vape City locations are a group of locally owned and operated businesses founded in 2015 in Taunton, MA. Current company objectives include expansion, inclusivity and strong community presence.
