Job description
The Sales Manager has direct oversight of sales and marketing operations for a Select Service hotel. This role has the responsibility to achieve optimal occupancy and ADR growth to maximize total revenue while meeting/exceeding hotel profit objectives. This individual will perform direct sales both inside and outside. They will also need to perform sales and marketing forecasting, develop marketing and business plans, and be part of a team that manages group activity for sports and wedding venues. Must be able to develop relationships with local businesses, government contractors, and people from other demand generators.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
