New England's oldest and most successful home improvement company is expanding and we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager in the Home Improvement industry for our Wrentham office.

The Sales Manager is responsible to achieve the revenue and financial goals of the sales branch and works with all other sales managers and NEWPRO management to provide support and follow-through for NEWPRO initiatives. This takes people who are willing to go above and beyond each and every day to fulfill that mission. This position has an income range of $191,000 - $273,000 annually. Job Responsibilities:
· Recruit, hire, train, and develop high-performance sales personnel to meet or exceed company staffing targets.
  • Achieve NEWPRO sales department performance metrics (Key Performance Indicators – KPI’s).
  • Work with the sales team to facilitate timely procurement and processing of all sales contracts to ensure compliance and cooperation.
  • Manage and control lead flow assignments and disposition outcomes.
  • Communicate with the call center on the scheduling and planning of lead demands, product mix requirements, and disposition processes.
  • Interact daily with the sales team on lead outcomes, skill development, and performance expectations which often require time in the field.
  • Report as required (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually) on the performance of the sales team.
  • Interface with the production department to assist in achieving exceptional customer
  • satisfaction and service.
Job Requirements

· 2 years in-home sales experience - Required · 2 years management experience - Required· Technologically proficient
