Job Summary:

The Sales Manager position will be based in our Fort Lee, NJ office and candidate will work closely with CEO to manage the gemstones and jewelry sales for which full training will be provided. Candidate will be responsible for generating new sales, as well as maintaining relationships with current jeweler customers.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Gemstones and Jewelry Sales

· Generating New Leads

· Growing existing accounts

· Ensuring proper fulfillment of daily orders

· Managing Trade-shows and Trunk-shows

· Day to day miscellaneous tasks

Skills Required

· Excellent communication skills

· Prior experience with sales required

· High level attention to detail, efficiency and effectiveness.

· Motivated, enthusiastic and have the ability to follow up on outstanding issues.

· Proficient Typer (minimum 50 words per minute required)

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required

Hours of Work

· 10:00am to 6:00pm

Compensation

· $80,000 Base + Commission + Benefits

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
