Widmer Interiors, a full-service, locally owned MillerKnoll office furniture dealer, has served Illinois for over 55 years and is proud to be adding a Workspace Sales Consultant to our team in Rockford.

Overview of Position:

This sales role is focussed on giving a great customer experience. Will grow sales and market share through relationship building, prospecting, referrals & networking. Ensures client satisfaction from execution of sale through project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day to day relationship with new and existing clients.
• Work collaboratively with our project designers, customer service, vendors and installation team to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales and profitability by leading the development of creative and innovative solutions to meet client needs.
• Develop business relationships with various influencers to identify potential project opportunities early.

Candidates should have a minimum of a Bachelors degree, be an excellent communicator, detail oriented, naturally driven to win and proficient computer skills. Candidates should demonstrate a hard working, can-do attitude and properly balance humility and assertiveness. Design experience is a plus.

Compensation will initially be a guaranteed salary leading eventually to commission based once established with a complete benefits package including insurance (health, dental, life, disability), 401K profit sharing plan, vacation and holidays.
