Massage Heights (Retreat name) is seeking a Front Desk Sales Consultant (Lifestyle Consultant) that reports directly to Retreat Management. This position staffs the front desk area and is responsible first and foremost for Membership Sales, along with customer service and receptionist duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Create positive experience for Guests.
- Meet and exceed goals as assigned by Retreat Leadership.
- Educate guests on membership wellness programs.
- Promote therapeutic benefits of regular massage and facials.
- Guest appointment management.
- Uphold Massage Heights standards of practice, policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Available to work weekends and evenings.
Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of membership sales or sales experience.
- Positive and inspiring personality.
- Knowledge of spa operations and services preferred.
- Works well in a team environment.
- Excels in offering excellent guest service.
- Availability to work some nights and weekends (our busiest times)
- Experience with computers and POS systems.
