About NLCA
6 years ago Chad (NLCA 's CEO) started his fitness coaching business. For 2 years, he tried to figure out and grow the business on his own. After repeated failure, Chad decided to invest into a business coach. It was another failure & he felt like he was stuck, hopeless and in debt.
Chad knew this is what he wanted to do and was determined to make it work. He picked up a side job, sold random household items, and came up with enough money to invest into another business coach.
4 months later, Chad owned his fitness coaching company full time. Since starting he has had over 80 staff and changed the lives of thousands of clients. After growing his fitness coaching company to multiple 6 figures he's decided to share his experiences with other up and coming coaches so they too can live the life of their dreams!

Responsibilities:
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via CRM throughout the day
- Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM
- Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods of time
- Document all interactions with all prospects and clients in the “bubbles” section of CRM, escalating to Support team as needed
- Educate prospects on our products from an expert perspective
- Allow the Lead Enrollment Specialist and Sales Manager to shadow calls and give feedback
- Allow the Lead Enrollment Specialist and Sales Manager to watch call recordings and give feedback
- Available 6 days a week for calls
- Take a minimum of 7 calls a day (60 minutes in length)
- Use both internal and external resources to maintain up to date knowledge of our products and industry
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager, Lead Enrollment Specialist, Project Manager and Client Success Manager to formulate ideas on how to best serve our clients
- Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients and report to the Lead Enrollment Specialist and Sales Manager
- Collaborate with VA's to ensure smooth transitions from program to program and beyond
- Quickly escalate clients as needed through Project Manager & Client Success Manager for action-planning
Results
- All prospects are properly moved in CRM and information is documented on client details so service staff has proper expectations by EOD
- A close rate of 35% of leads received per month is maintained
- All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely via Hot List and General List
- Sales Projections sheet is updated each day after last call is completed
- EODs are submitted each day after last call is completed
- There is an effective line of communication between the Sales Manager and the Lead Enrollment Specialist in which all necessary information is communicated in a timely manner
- Sales Manager remains well versed in the latest product offerings through continued education/trainings
- All internal communication cycles are properly followed
Requirements
- Efficient with Facebook and general social media platforms
- Good over the phone, Facebook & Zoom
- Experience in sales (1-2+ years)
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be great at presenting (via Zoom)
- Excellent at building rapport
- Open to learning new processes in sales
- 1 Call Close experience and knowledge
- Take personal health very serious
- Are routine driven
- Open to growing rapidly
- Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
- Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Lead Enrollment Specialist and Sales Manager
Communication Cycle
- Daily communication in company group chats
- Attends Daily Sales Training
- MONDAY’S @ 11AM-12PM CST
- TUESDAY’S @ 11:30AM-12PM CST
- WEDNESDAY’S @ 11AM-12PM CST
- THURSDAY’S @ 11AM-11:30AM CST
- FRIDAY’S @ 11AM-12PM CST
- Attends Monthly Full Team Meeting
- Attends Quarterly 1-1 Call with Sales Manager
- Tracks & Reports on all required projections daily
- Communicates with VA's daily, as required, to ensure a smooth transition for all new students
- Escalates post-sale customer concerns/issues to the Project Manager

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
