Ron Jon Surf Shop in Disney Springs® is now hiring Seasonal and Regular Sales Associates! Meet people from all over the world, enjoy busy days with a variety of duties, and work for a known industry leader. We have Partial Shift schedules, Part Time and Full Time openings. Seasonal positions last through August.
These positions all have a starting pay of $15 per hour.

Minimum Job Requirements:
- Provide enjoyable, knowledgeable, and friendly service to our customers.
- Working with other store associates to keep our store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
- Processing sales transactions in a quick and friendly manner.
- Be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
- Work a schedule that includes weekends, holidays, and evenings (depending on shift).
- Able to commit to a regular schedule.
