Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

Sales Associate Position

1. Handle cash transactions.

2. Sell and suggest store promotions and products to customers.

3. Engage the customer in a fun and pleasant experience in our store.

4. Must be knowledgeable about all product offerings; and be able to discuss products and promotions with customers accurately.

5. Keep store clean, organized, and stocked at all times.

6. Assist customers in an enthusiastic and professional manner at all times, in person/over phone.

7. Assist cook with various responsibilities including prepping & cleaning of store-made products.

8. Must be able to count and handle cash accurately while processing customer transactions.

9. Must come prepared to work for every shift dressed in the appropriate uniform, must practice good hygiene, and must be clean-cut at all times.

10. Cannot wear any scented lotions, perfumes, colognes, etc.

11. Must have excellent communication skills when greeting and serving customers.

12. Will be responsible for sampling every customer that walks in the door, whether they make a purchase or not.

13. Must be willing to have fun and to work hard at all times.

14. Must be honest with owners and co-workers of RMCF.

15. Must be punctual and reliable for all scheduled shifts.

16. Must be able to provide transportation to and from work.

Pay: From $8.50 per hour
