Responsibilities:

• Use of excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers
• Responsible for product knowledge to answer customer questions
• Advising customer on products and services available to best fit their needs
• Customer contact follow-up on potential orders
• Use of excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers in person or over the phone
