About the role

Provides research and analysis support of commercial real estate market intel specific to the office sector. The role will encompass certain regular tasks around the collection and analysis of core data, as well as a range of activities that contribute to and support the core office team and delivery of relevant market material.

What you'll do

Researches and collects market information regarding the commercial real estate market.

Assists in the creation of both standard and customized point of sale outputs.

Liaises with brokers, Research and Marketing/BD on specific pitches and projects.

Gathers data on newly available properties, transactions, tenants, tenants in the market, and new developments.

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university required. Minimum of 2 years of related experience and/or training. Prior sales experience preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers. Ability to effectively present information.

Requires knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and/or commissions. Conducts basic financial analysis.

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

Technically savvy with solid experience using sales database systems, Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Outlook, social media, internet.

Solid understanding of Salesforce.com is a plus.

Decisions made with understanding of procedures and company policies to achieve set results and timelines. Responsible for setting own project timelines. Errors in judgment may cause short-term impact to coworkers and supervisor.
