Johnson Bread Distribution (JBD) is a locally owned independent distributorship of Dave’s Killer Bread, Wonder Bread, Nature’s Own, Sunmaid, Canyon Bakehouse, and Tastykake.

Proudly serving Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming since 2016.

Our Route Sales Representatives are the face of Johnson Bread Distribution and these leading brands. Their primary focus is to maximize strong customer relationships by merchandising, selling and delivering fresh baked products to our retail customers.

Responsibilities

*Deliver, stock, and rotate product on store shelves and displays, ensuring best quality and freshness of baked products

*Drive sales by ensuring product is always adequately stocked and well represented in the stores through space on shelves in the bread aisle and incremental displays

*Separate, organize, and load product daily for specified route

*Safely operate company route vehicle to transport product

*Comply with DOT regulations by completing daily logs and vehicle inspections

*Conduct daily route settlement procedures, product inventory count and ordering of product

*Respectfully and professionally interact with all customers, store managers and coworkers

Requirements

*Valid driver’s license

*Ability to obtain and retain a DOT medical card

*Ability to push/pull, lift, carry, bend, stoop, reach and stand for extended periods

*Comfortable working and driving in all weather conditions

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday start time between 3am-5am

Wednesday, Friday, Sunday off

Compensation

This position pays a base wage + commission

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
