Spec's Wines, Spirits and Finer Foods is in search of dynamic, energetic; guest focused candidates to provided exceptional service to our on premise customers at our On Premise Distribution located at Clay Road and Hollister off HWY 290.

These positions require you to be reliable and able to work in a fast paced environment with constant movement, dolling merchandise, lifting heavy cases and standing for long periods of time. You must come to work as scheduled.

OPEN AVAILAIBILITY FROM 6 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. is needed Monday to Saturday.

Positions Include: Wholesale Route Driver

DELIVERY DRIVERS (VAN Non CDL)

Rate of Pay: $16 p/h

Shift- Open availability needed to work all shifts

Shifts are based on business needs and start in the morning or afternoon till finished with all deliveries for the day.

Our Drivers will deliver Wholesale Orders to local Restaurants, Bars, Pubs, Grills, Hotels, etc... Certified forklift operators a plus but not required. A CDL is not required but experience with local route is delivery a plus. Our delivery drivers load and unload our own trucks, loading and unloading merchandise for and upon delivery. Must be customer orientated and have good communication skills. All candidates must be able to lift, push, pull and dolly merchandise, must be 21 or older and have a valid TX Drivers License.

Our ideal candidate should:

• Have a Valid Texas driver's license (CDL is not necessary)
• Have the ability to operate delivery vehicle in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Be able to work in non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Be able to work in the elements
• Have excellent organizational and time management skills
• Have the ability to use pallet jack, carts and dollies
• Be able to lift and carry heavy items at least 50 lbs.
• Be able to climb ladders
• Should have a Flexible schedule
• Be able to dolly merchandise
• Be able to work in a fast-paced setting
• Be able to dolly, push, pull and lift heavy merchandise
• Be fast on your feet
• Have great customer service
