Franco Bread is looking for a Route Delivery Driver to deliver our fresh delicious bread in the Reno, Sparks and South Lake Tahoe area!

We deliver to restaurants, grocery stores, schools, ski resorts, etc. Our drivers load/unload, inventory, merchandise, write orders, and keep track of how much bread is at each stop.

Route Delivery Driver Minimum Requirements:

· 21+ years old

· Clean Driving Record (No DUI's)

· 2 years of box truck driving experience

· 2 years of sales experience

· 2 years of snow driving experience

· Valid Drivers License

· Ability to reliably commute to our bakery in Sparks during *ALL* weather (4WD recommended) to start and end each shift

· Ability to safely drive a 5500 Box Truck in *ALL* weather -- including extreme snow and other mountain road conditions.

Route Delivery Driver Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to lift, push, pull, carry 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day. Ability to walk about 5 miles (outside and inside) total per shift. Be able to stand, twist, walk, bend through shift. Be able to safely drive a Box Truck in intense snow. Be able to happily work early day hours. Be able to speak, read, and understand English. Requires initial and random drug testing.

The Ideal Candidate:

Has one, or a combination of, the following within the last 3 years:

· 2 Years of Route Delivery Driving Experience, such as Restaurant Laundry Service, Wholesale Produce, Wholesale Snack Foods, Wholesale Beverage, Wholesale Bread, etc. (For example, Cintas, Stohlgrens, FritoLay, Coca-Cola, Beer, Bimbo, etc.)

2 years of Grocery Stocking and/or Grocery Receiving (For example, Safeway, Raley's, SaveMart, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $1,000.00 per week
