The Room Attendant (Housekeeping) will meet the hotel and housekeeping standards for cleanliness of all guestrooms in the prescribed manner while following safety and security procedures and regulations. Maintain and clean all assigned rooms on schedule which includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and replacing amenities. Complete assignment sheets in an accurate, timely manner; keep cart and supplies orderly. Respond to guest requests and questions and report any guest issues or lost and found items. This is a fast-paced position that involves constant customer interaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to communicate effectively with the public, internal/external guests and team members.

• Prior room attendant/housekeeping experience preferred.

• Ability to lift, pull, bend and push moderate weight.

• Clean guestrooms, which includes making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and replacing amenities.

• Flexible schedule available to work AM, PM, weekends and holidays.

• Other duties as assigned
