Durgin Pines is hiring registered nurses to join our team of dedicated caregivers. Durgin Pines is a warm and inviting senior living facility that offers both skilled rehab and long-term care. We are currently looking for Registered Nurses that are interested in working on a skilled rehab unit. We take pride in the fact that our facility boasts a five-star rating in both staffing and quality measures. We are looking for nurses that want to be part of a collaborative team of caregivers to provide the best experience for our Residents. Durgin Pines schedules staff to work with patient ratios that allow our team to provide patient centered quality care.
Responsibilities:
- Supervision of CNA staff on assigned unit
- The delivery of care in accordance with Facility protocol and safe nursing practices
Qualifications:
- Current unencumbered State of Maine RN license
- Strong Communication skills to communicate with Residents, Families and Staff
- Critical thinking skills
- The ability to handle stressful situations with tact
