Duties/Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to complete MDS Assessments for the RAI process in compliance with OBRA regulations under the supervision of the MDS Director
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Current RN License with MDS experience preferred but not required.
- Must be able to complete MDS Assessments timely and accurately.
