Job description
Sunbelt Staffing is hiring now for a RN Infectious Disease Response Coordinator position that's for the remainder of this school year. This job will be full time with 8 hour days. As the RN, you will be working across multiple locations across the school district that's in the Tacoma, WA area.
Job Details:
- Candidate will provide response coordination, consultation, guidance, support, and assistance to schools and families regarding pandemic (i.e. COVID-19) and infectious disease protocols.
- Support the Nursing Administrator and Health Services Department by keeping up to date on current DOH and CDC guidelines regarding pandemic (i.e. COVID-19) and other infectious disease processes.
- Monitor schools for outbreaks and initiating outbreak response, overseeing the COVID-19 Support team in collaboration with the local health jurisdiction, ensuring required reporting to department of health, and providing guidance and resources to building nurses, staff, students and families.
Credential Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- 4 years nursing experience and management/charge experience preferred.
- RN License
- ESA Certification by OSPI
- Fingerprint check
- Current WA DoH license with no Enforcement Action are also required.
