Supplemental Health Care is seeking a Home Health RN for a Home Health Facility based in Arvada, CO. This position is a 13- week, full-time contract assignment with the possibility of extension or direct hire.

- Paid by the hour, not by the visit
- Mileage reimbursement
- 8-Hour Day Shift Position
- Occasional On Call or Occasional Weekend Rotation, To Be Discussed in Phone Interview
- Territory: To Be Discussed in Phone Interview: 40-50 Miles from Office
- Immediate Interviews with ASAP Start
- Travel stipend if applicable

Requirements:
Licenses/Certifications/Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years Recent Home Health Experience with Geriatric/Adult Population (Private Duty or Pediatrics Experience Does Not Qualify)
- State RN Nursing License
- BLS (AHA)
- Reliable Transportation and Auto Insurance
- Electronic Charting Experience (Required)
