We have a fun environment, flexible schedules, and a great discount on clothes! We are hiring at this location (1604 & Blanco) as well as our other location near San Pedro & 410. For our 1604 & Blanco location we have multiple shift opportunities ranging from 9 am-7 pm Monday-Sunday.

Clothes Mentor is a Women’s upscale resale store, catering to women over 20. We purchase cute and name brand or designer items directly from our customers and resale them at big discounts from mall prices.

As a team member we expect you to be prompt, helpful, happy and have a good eye for value for our customers. Training wage is $10/hour and once fully trained you'll be starting at $11/hour along with some great employee discounts! We also promote quickly to new positions (buyer, shift leader, key holder) with a higher wage if you are interested and a hard worker.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

· Must be at least 16 years of age

· Ability to lift (at least 40 lbs.), carry, squat, kneel, climb, reach, bend and stand for long periods of time (up to 8 hours)

· Must be reliable and able to work assigned schedule

· Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers and management

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; handle multiple priorities

· Schedule flexibility with night, weekend and holiday schedules

· Ability to work well as a team member and to take and follow directions

· Must be computer literate

· Ability to help with daily store social media

· Cash handling skills

· Positive attitude and a team player

· Customer service oriented

· Knowledge and/or interested in current women’s fashion trends and styles
