Park Pointe Healthcare & Rehabilitation Center, is a 142 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, located in Morris, Illinois. We are a fast paced, high volume facility specializing in short term rehabilitation.
As the Restorative Program Manager you are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties. Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct restorative care services, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities. Meet with administration, medical and nursing staff, therapy department, as well as other related departments in planning restorative care. Develop and maintain restorative care standards. Over see, schedule, and guide the restorative CNAs.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $36,857.20 - $104,078.61 per year
