We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to motivate and lead a team.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement restaurant policies and procedures.
• Train, motivate, and manage staff.
• Maintain high standards of customer service.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and profits.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Analyze financial data to identify areas of improvement.
• Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
