Tucanos Brazilian Grill is looking to hire a full-time or part-time Restaurant General Manager (GM) to oversee operations at our Farmington, Salt Lake City, and Orem locations. This restaurant management position earns a competitive salary starting at $65,000/year, plus quarterly bonuses. WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time food service position typically works 5 days a week. Depending on the needs of the store, you may have Wednesdays or Thursdays off, and you'll always enjoy Sundays off!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER (GM)

In this restaurant management role, you are essential to our success. Your job is to ensure that all our guests and team members are taken care of. You hire qualified culinary and service staff and engage in training to help our team develop expertise in the food service industry. A natural-born leader, you monitor the staff and keep things running well. Being service-driven, you aim to serve the best, most mouthwatering Brazilian dishes around!

Whenever issues arise, you utilize your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to quickly resolve them. You also ensure that all policies and standards are being met. Each quarter that the store meets its financial targets, you happily receive your bonus! QUALIFICATIONS FOR A RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER (GM)

• 3+ years of management experience (preferably in full-service restaurants)
• Outstanding leadership skills
• Ability to attract, lead, and train team members effectively
• Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
• Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, staffing, and scheduling
• Strong financial acumen and P&L accountability experience
